42 Years of Dedication
Vladimir Kryukov, Shift Foreman of Chemical and Metallurgical Department of Workshop No. 1, BO, was awarded ‘Eren enbegi ushin’ medal.
Vladimir Anatolyevich has been working at the plant for 42 years, has extensive experience as a Shift Foreman, and successfully performs the duties of a Process Shift Supervisor. He is an active participant in the ‘10,000 Improvements’ programme. He was directly involved in development and implementation of automation of FBA solution evaporation process. He has made several rationalization proposals for modernisation and improvement of technological processes and chemical section equipment operations.
In 2014, he was awarded the Honorary Badge ‘Honoured Worker of the Atomic Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan’ of the 1st degree (gold), and in 2024 he was awarded the honorary title ‘Veteran of the Plant’.
