UMP JSC: New Opportunities
As a part of the Year of Working Professions, a large-scale regional job fair «Shygys Mamany» was held. The event became a platform for meeting more than 100 employers who provided job seekers with about 1,000 vacancies. Ulba Metallurgical Plant, one of the key employers in East Kazakhstan region, took an active part in the fair.
UMP stand was of particular interest to visitors to the fair. Representatives of HR Director Office and Youth Association told visitors to the fair in detail about current vacancies, the benefits of working in a stable company, as well as career growth prospects and professional development opportunities. The students were also informed that UMP is part of NAC Kazatomprom, and employment at the plant is carried out through the parent company's platform, where all procedures – from registration to a job offer – are completely transparent.
UMP participation in the Shygys Mamany job fair was another step in implementing the company's personnel policy aimed at attracting qualified specialists.
