Hydrofluoric acid

Hydrofluoric acid (ST 2503-2014) is used in chemical industry to produce fluorochemicals, reagents; in electronic industry it is used for semiconductor engineering; in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy for steel and non-ferrous metal etching, cast cleaning from molding sand; in nuclear industry to produce uranium fluorides when enriching and reprocessing of nuclear fuel; in acid treatment of oil boreholes to enhance petroleum yield; in manufacturing of enamels to reduce melting and pigmentation temperatures as well as in manufacturing of fluorides. Besides, it is used in glass industry to pattern and sign glass articles, etch and chemically polish glassware and crystalware.

It shall be transported in tank wagons as owned by UMP JSC or small packages of 20 liters to 1000 liters capacity as provided by a buyer.
