Board of Directors of UMP JSC made a decision (Minutes of in person meeting of the Board of Directors of UMP JSC No. 12 dd. 28 June 2022) to elect members of UMP JSC Executive Board with period of appointment from June 29, 2022 to June 28, 2025:

– Vladimir Vakhnenko, First Deputy Executive Board Chairman – Chief Operating Officer, UMP JSC;

– Samrat Daulbayev, Deputy Executive Board Chairman – Strategic Development, UMP JSC;

– Talgat Yerzhanov, Managing Marketing Director – Director Marketing & Product Marketing Strategy Center, UMP JSC;

Vladimir Vakhnenko was born in 1975.

In 1997 graduated from East Kazakhstan Technical University, Republic of Kazakhstan, East Kazakhstan Region, Ust-Kamenogorsk, specialty – «Powdery metallurgy, composition materials and coatings».

2009 to 2011 – Researcher at Kazakhstan Institute for Strategic Studies under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2016 to 2019 – Senior Manager of the Directorate for Asset Management of the Energy Sector Samruk-Kazyna JSC;
