Scientific potential: from the idea to the implementation:

• Ulba Metallurgical Plant" JSC has a system of modern laboratories oriented toward the creation of appropriate conditions for manufacturing the products of the world best level.
• The plant includes the following laboratories:
• Central Research Laboratory;
• Process Automation Laboratory;
• Central Plant Laboratory;
• Labor and Environment Protection Laboratory;
• Central Control and Measuring Equipment Laboratory;
• Research and Design Institute (R&D Institute)

Availability of highly qualified personnel and state-of-the-art research equipment, experimental and semi-production facilities providing for the development and implementation of the modern technologies is the pledge of the high efficient activities.

Gointly acting with the head institutions we developed the production processes for UO2 powder ceramic grade, pellets for RBMK and WWER reactors, Beryllium metal, Beryllium alloys, Be metal and Be alloys products, Tantalum metal, Niobium and its products and superconductors.

The experience accumulated by the plant allows to offer the customer the development of automation systems for production processes of any complexity and configuration. Production base and highly qualified specialists of the laboratories allow to perform the works "to the key", i.e. from the idea to the development of the process and its implementation into the production
