QUALITY POLICY
OF UMP MANAGEMENT
(to replace the one approved on 30.04.2004)

Principal objectives of quality policy of UMP management are satisfaction of demands and expectations of customers taking into account the economical interests of the enterprise, and also strengthening and expanding UMP positions in the Uranium, Beryllium and Tantalum markets.

UMP management undertakes to achieve these objectives and has the following intentions:

• Continuously improve methods of monitoring processes and efficiency of the Quality Management System based on principles of overall quality management
• Assure persistently high quality of products and continuously improve it based on upgrading the processes
• Assure increased profit.

Management undertakes to implement UMP quality policy, intends to undeviatingly follow its provisions and gets each employee of the enterprise in line.
